Test Enterprise
Test Enterprises is a developer of test systems for the
semiconductor manufacturing industry. As such, Test Enterprises
addresses specific niches in this market. The company is comprised
of two operating units that service various segments. The primary
goal of the endeavor is to improve quality in electronic testing
by supplying high-value solutions to manufacturers worldwide.
Operating Units
The two companies that operate within the Test Enterprises corporate
environment are Thermonics Inc. and FETtest Inc. Due to the skills
of the management team, both companies have an excellent record
of profit and performance. The fortunate result has been increasing
market penetration and growth for Test Enterprises.
Thermonics, established in 1976,
designs and manufactures precision thermal conditioning equipment
used for testing semiconductor devices and wafers. These types of
devices often require testing at temperatures ranging from -55C
to 200C. Thermonics is the acknowledged leader in providing these
types of test systems using mechanical refrigeration as the cooling
mechanism.
FETtest has over two decades of experience
producing high quality test systems for discrete semiconductors.
Their systems address a complete range of semiconductor devices
including FETs, BiPolar devices, Diodes, SCRs, PUTs, etc. The industries'
overwhelming acceptance of their test systems has propelled FETtest
to a position of worldwide leadership in this field.
